LABORATORY TESTS OF HQP TONERS
For selected HQP toners we hold the results of independent laboratory yield tests under ISO/IEC 19752. This page presents five documented cases: HQPCF226X, HQPLMS421 and HQPCF283X (LOTRIČ Certificiranje) PREMIUMHQPQ42A (TÜV Rheinland) and HQPCE285A (Keypoint Intelligence, formerly Buyers Laboratory – BLI).
The tests apply only to the products named and the samples tested. They do not mean that all HQP products are certified.

The ISO/IEC 19752 standard
ISO/IEC 19752 is an international standard that defines a method for determining the yield (number of printed pages) of toner cartridges for monochrome electrophotographic printers and multifunction devices. The cartridges are printed on several printers using a standard test page; the average, the standard deviation and the lower confidence bound are calculated from the measured yields.

For each product we state the laboratory, the type and number of the document, the date and the standard. We do not publish results (figures) from the laboratories' documents on this page.

Accreditation of the laboratories (separate from the product results)
The accreditation applies to the laboratory, not to HQP products. It does not mean that HQP products are certified, and in itself it does not prove that an individual test was carried out within the accredited scope; that is shown by the individual document.
Buyers Lab, a division of Keypoint Intelligence (formerly Buyers Laboratory – BLI), is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 according to a certificate from the accreditation body PJLA. Accreditation no. 99622; certificate L25-978-R1; issued 18 December 2025, revised 14 April 2026, valid until 18 December 2027. The scope includes determining the yield of toner and ink cartridges under ISO 19752, ISO 19798, ISO 24711, ISO 29102. The report for HQPCE285A dates from June 2016, before this certificate was issued, so the certificate does not show the laboratory's accreditation status at the time of that test.
LOTRIČ Certificiranje d.o.o. holds accreditation no. LP-004 to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, granted by Slovenska akreditacija; the accreditation remains in force until withdrawn. LOTRIČ's documents on HQP products are test certificates for individual products, not accreditation documents.
TÜV Rheinland Polska Sp. z o.o. holds accreditation AB 904 from the accreditation body Polskie Centrum Akredytacji (PCA) to ISO/IEC 17025; the scope includes ISO 19752, ISO 19798 and ISO 24711. This accreditation belongs to TÜV Rheinland Polska and does not apply to TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH (Cologne), which issued the report for PREMIUMHQPQ42A; no accreditation is stated on this page for Cologne.
What the results mean and what they do not
- The results apply only to the samples tested and the products named. They are not a claim that all HQP toners are certified.
- The samples for the LOTRIČ and Buyers Laboratory (BLI; today Keypoint Intelligence) tests were supplied to the laboratory by Pavlin d.o.o.
- The document issued is a test certificate (LOTRIČ), a test report (TÜV Rheinland) or a custom test report (Buyers Laboratory); it is neither a management-system certificate nor a quality mark.
- Yield depends on the printer, its settings and the print content; in practice it may differ from the value obtained with the standard test page.
- The laboratories' documents are not published.

Do you publish the test results?
No. The laboratories' documents belong to the laboratories and are published only in full or with their permission; we therefore state only the product, laboratory, standard and the number and date of the document.
Is the Buyers Lab laboratory accredited?
Yes, Buyers Lab (Keypoint Intelligence) is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for determining cartridge yield under ISO 19752, ISO 19798, ISO 24711, ISO 29102, according to certificate L25-978-R1 (accreditation no. 99622, valid until 18 December 2027). The accreditation of the Buyers Lab laboratory applies to the laboratory, not to HQP products.
